The SEC could be going after Richard Heart’s projects

Despite being busy in its lawsuit against Ripple, the Securities and Exchange Commission is still going strong against crypto. The SEC reportedly issued subpoenas to influencers promoting HEX, Pulsechain and PulseX. The latter two are famous for their sacrifice phases, in which people respectively « sacrificed » around $670 million and $1 billion. They have yet to launch, but Hex has often been criticized and described as a scam, despite the efforts of the Hex community, also called Hexicans.
